Incite at Troy, a student housing apartment community in Troy, NY, was looking to get more qualified leads to their site so they could be sure their ad spend was targeting the best possible audience. The hope was that this would lead to more leases. With the prices being on the higher side of the market, a lot of traffic coming into the site were turned off, leading to good traffic numbers, but fewer qualified leads.
I recommended trying Facebook’s Lead Ads to cut down on “lookie loos” and bring in better quality candidates. These ads, when clicked, take the user to an on-platform form, which they then fill out with contact info, desires for their apartment, etc. This info is sent directly to the client’s CRM and a sales team member on site can follow up with them.
Over a 6 month period, on site goal completions with the Facebook Lead Ads jumped up from 23.55% to 32.95% compared to our Landing Page Views campaign. These goals included “Apply Now” button clicks, phone calls, scheduling a tour, etc. The campaign was a success and the client saw their leases increase by 15%.
